Travel Season is written by Rohan Lala. Every flight review here is a flight actually taken, in the cabin named, on the aircraft named, with photographs from that trip. Every hotel entry is a property stayed in or researched to the point of being willing to recommend it.
That sounds like a low bar. It is not the standard in this category, where most “best business class” articles are assembled from press images and seat maps by people who have not been on the plane. The difference is the whole reason this site exists, so it is worth being explicit about.

How things get rated
Reviews are point-in-time and stay that way. A 2022 stay was a 2022 stay, and rewriting it with current prices would make it a worse record, not a better one. Each carries the date it happened.
Utility content is the opposite. Award charts, transfer ratios, baggage rules and corporate rate programs change without announcement, so those get re-checked and re-dated rather than left standing. Anything on the site carrying a number that has not been verified says so on its face.
Booking links may earn a commission. They never change which property is recommended or where it ranks, because the whole asset here is being believed.
